青少年的文化法律保护是青少年行政法律保护中的一项重要内容。目前,我国关于青少年文化法律保护的研究极少。《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》虽然在“社会保护”一章中作了一些规定,但也只是局限于如何创造和净化有利于青少年成长的文化环境。环境对于一个人的成长、发展固然重要,但是在同样的环境下,为什么有的青少年就能够健康成长,而有的青少年却走上了犯罪的道路?青少年文化如同文化本身一样,是一个极其复杂的社会现象,有源于社会文化环境的影响,更重要的是源于青少年自身的文化特性。
