行政，是国家行政机关组织管理国家和社会事务的行为。行政管理涉及的范围非常广泛，因而行政机关的权力十分巨大。为了充分发挥行政机关的职能，使它们公正而有序地开展工作，就必须重视和强调依法行政。文章着重阐述了依法行政的重要性，并对我国当前依法行政中存在的问题进行了分析，由此提出了在社会主义市场经济条件下依法行政的几点措施性构想。
Administration is the act of state administrative organs that organize the administration of state and social affairs. The scope of administration is very wide, so the power of the executive authorities is enormous. In order to give full play to the functions of administrative organs and enable them to carry out their work in a fair and orderly manner, we must attach importance to and emphasize administration by law. This article emphatically expounds the importance of administration according to law and analyzes the existing problems in current administration of our country according to law. From this, it puts forward several measures to implement the administration according to law under the condition of socialist market economy.
