探讨有氧健身操锻炼对小学生身体形态、身体机能的影响。方法:随机抽取本校5年级小学生86人,分为对照组、观察组,每组43人。对照组采取常规教学方法,观察组采取有氧健身操教学。结果:两组身高比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组体重、皮褶显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组超重比例显著低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组肺活量显著高于对照组(P<.05);观察组心率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小学体育健身中引入有氧健身操,能够优化学生的身体形态,改善学生的身体机能,降低超重率,提高学生身体素质。
Discuss the Influence of Aerobic Exercise on Pupils’ Body Shape and Body Function. Methods: A total of 86 primary school students in grade 5 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 in each group. The control group to take conventional teaching methods, the observation group to take aerobics teaching. Results: There was no significant difference in body height between the two groups (P> 0.05). The body weight and skin fold of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The overweight ratio of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05) (P <.05). The heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of aerobics in primary school sports fitness can optimize the body shape of students, improve the physical function of students, reduce the rate of overweight and improve their physical fitness.
