目的优选复方雪莲风湿凝胶膏提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,分别以蛇床子素含量、姜黄素含量和浸膏收率为指标,优化雪莲等7味药材的提取工艺;以没食子酸含量和浸膏收率为指标,优选土元和五倍子2味药的提取工艺。结果 7味药最佳提取工艺为10倍量80%乙醇,提取3次,每次1 h;2味药最佳提取工艺为10倍量水,提取3次,每次2.5 h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、可行。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Compound Ursolica Rheumatism Gel Cream. Methods Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of seven medicinal materials, including osmanthus content, curcumin content and extract yield, respectively. The content of gallic acid and extract yield were optimized, And gallnut 2 herbs extraction process. Results The optimal extraction process of seven herbs was 10 times the amount of 80% ethanol, extracted three times for 1 hour each time. The optimal extraction process of two herbs was 10 times of water, extracted three times for 2.5 h each. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is stable and feasible.
