患者,女,67岁。因阴道持续漏尿14年入院。1973年2月患者因子宫肌瘤(左侧颈管瘤)行子宫全切术,术后14天出现持续性阴道漏尿,长期会阴置带尿布,但每日仍有正常排尿。查:会阴皮肤轻度糜烂,有尿臭。阴道左穹窿可见间断性滴尿,色清亮。膀胱内注入美蓝后阴道滴尿不变色。IVU检查无异常。膀胱镜检查内景正常,仅左侧输尿管口喷尿量较对侧稍减少,双侧输尿管逆行插管达肾盂通畅无阻,注入30％泛影葡胺摄片全程输尿管显影,未见
