根据DTY-50/120型防爆自行电缆拖挂吊车的设计要求,利用三维软件建立挂缆车的模型。通过有限元分析软件对挂缆车的模型进行网格划分和加载,并对挂缆车进行了强度、刚度和静力分析。结果表明该挂缆车的外挡板强度和刚度不足,与底板连接处的强度也不够,同时内挡板孔的强度也不够,需进行一定的热处理及在连接处要增大过渡圆角半径和加厚外挡板等改进措施,以确保挂缆车在井下安全可靠的运行。
According to the design requirements of DTY-50/120 self-propelled cable trailing crane, the model of the tramcar is established by using the 3D software. The model of the cable car was meshed and loaded by finite element analysis software, and the strength, stiffness and static analysis of the cable car were analyzed. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the outer baffle are not enough, the strength of connection with the bottom is not enough, and the strength of the inner baffle hole is not enough. Some heat treatment is required and the transition fillet radius should be increased at the junction Thickened outer baffle and other improvements to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the cable car in the well.
