近日,我院送入一家三口的食物中毒病人,症状为胸闷心悸、肌肉震颤(双手发抖)、浑身战栗、面色潮红、头晕头痛、恶心呕吐。凭我工作几十年的经验,大体确诊为食物中毒。经询问,原来是吃了地摊上的猪肝,经抽血化验,完全确诊为“瘦肉精”中毒。随即对症治疗,几小时后病人脱离险情,转危为安。
Recently, our hospital sent a family of three food poisoning patients with symptoms of chest tightness and heart palpitations, muscle tremor (hands trembling), whole body shudders, pale flush, dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting. With my decades of work experience, generally diagnosed as food poisoning. Upon inquiry, the original is to eat the stall on the liver, the blood tests, completely diagnosed as “clenbuterol ” poisoning. Then symptomatic treatment, a few hours after the patient out of danger, turning critically ill.
