在开放性文化环境中,如何完成民族核心价值观的构建是我们在民族文化建设中必须面临的问题。从历史发展角度出发,明确中华民族文化根基的厚重性以及对外来文化要素的良好吸收性是形成民族文化自信的关键。有了面对外来文化要素干扰的信心,才能有把核心价值观的构建从学校教育中解放出来,置于开放性的社会空间、世界空间的举措。这样,才能使核心价值观的建构获得社会空间的有效支撑,使世界文化中的有利因素为我所用,从而开创建构核心价值观的新局面。
In an open cultural environment, how to accomplish the construction of the national core values is a problem that we must face in the process of building national culture. From the perspective of historical development, it is the key to form the national culture self-confidence to make it clear that the thick foundation of Chinese culture and the good absorption of foreign cultural elements. With confidence in the interference of foreign cultural elements, can we have the initiative of liberating the construction of core values from school education and placing it in an open social space and world space. Only in this way can the construction of the core values be effectively supported by the social space so that the favorable factors in the world culture can be used by me so as to create a new situation in which the core values are constructed.
