在第十三届国际植物学会议期间,我国教育部派遣的八名代表在会议结束后,在澳大利亚进行了为时一周的参观访问,共参观了四所大学的植物系、遗传系,参观了联邦科学与工业研究中心的两个部(divisim)。会见了20余位科学家,并进行了较深入的交谈,了解到一些在会议上得不到的东西。如大学体制、生物系的划分和专业设置、科学研究方向等。这些对发展我国植物学事业都可作为借鉴。
During the 13th International Botany Conference, eight representatives dispatched by the Ministry of Education of China made a one-week visit to Australia after the meeting ended. They visited a total of four departments of plants and genetics and visited the University Two Divisions of the Federal Institute for Science and Industry. Met with more than 20 scientists and conducted in-depth conversations and learned something that was not available at the conference. Such as the university system, the division of biological systems and professional settings, scientific research direction. These can be used as a reference for the development of botany in China.
