通过Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜对SA213-T12锅炉钢在不同冷却速度下控冷后高温回火后的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明:随热模拟控冷速度升高,显微组织中铁素体含量减少,贝氏体含量逐渐增多;在10℃/s的速度控冷下,700℃回火保温70 min后的SA213-T12钢的显微组织为铁素体+贝氏体,晶粒度级别达11.3级,微观组织结构中析出弥散细小的纳米碳化物,综合性能较好。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of SA213-T12 boiler steel after controlled cooling at high temperature and tempering were analyzed by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester combined with optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the content of ferrite in the microstructure decreases and the content of bainite increases gradually with the increase of the cooling rate controlled by heat simulation. When the temperature is controlled at 10 ℃ / s for 70 min, the content of SA213- T12 steel microstructure of ferrite + bainite, grain size grade of 11.3 level, the microstructure of small precipitated nano-carbide precipitation, the overall performance is better.
