開式、閉式與半閉式法: 吸入麻醉法依病人呼吸與大氣之關係而分開式、閉式與半閉式。開式法卽使麻醉劑於大氣中呼吸之。閉式法則使麻醉劑於密閉器內循環應用,呼吸需要之氧氣及麻醉劑由該密閉器入口供給,呼出之炭酸氣及水蒸汽由該器之特殊裝置吸收消滅,此循環系統中並無出口,故曰閉式。半閉式者與開式一樣自由吸入呼出與大氣交流,惟出口不暢,以致有一部分炭酸氣重吸(Rebreathing), 正好用以刺激呼吸中樞,以免呼吸中樞受麻醉之抑制太深。開式麻醉法:可以用口罩噴入,或插管
Open, closed and semi-closed method: inhalation anesthesia according to the patient’s breathing and the relationship between the atmosphere and separate, closed and semi-closed. Therefore, Closed Semi-closed persons are as free to inhale and breathe as the open air and communicate with the atmosphere. However, the outlet is poor so that some of the carbonated gas Rebreathing is just used to stimulate the respiratory center so as to prevent the respiratory center from being too deeply inhibited by anesthesia. Open anesthesia: You can use the mask spray, or intubation
