近年许多作者强调了胰腺微循环紊乱在急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)发病机理中的重要性。我们过去的研究证明了血液流变学异常是导致 AHNP 时微循环紊乱的重要原因之一。鉴于氢溴酸樟柳碱(AT-3)具有明显的改善微循环的作用,本实验拟观察 AT-3是否对 AHNP 有治疗作用并探讨其作用机理。
In recent years, many authors have emphasized the importance of pancreatic microcirculation disorders in the pathogenesis of acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP). Our previous studies demonstrated that abnormal hemorheology is one of the major causes of microcirculation disturbance during AHNP. In view of the anisodine hydrobromide (AT-3) has a significant role in improving microcirculation, this experiment to observe whether AT-3 has a therapeutic effect on AHNP and explore its mechanism of action.
