随着课程改革的不断深入,教师如何深刻理解与把握课程改革精神实质、切实落实课程改革的各项目标已成为直接影响新课程改革实验成败的关键。为此,学校需要将教师的发展放在首位,在组织、制度、课堂、评价、管理等方面加以调整和重构,把教师的教学实践与教学研究、学习培训等有机融为一体,构建校本教研文化,为教师专业发展和新课程实施提供全方位支持和强有力支撑。
