提出了一种基于改进SMO的矿用BLDCM无位置传感器直接转矩控制方法。该观测器采用饱和函数代替符号函数来消除抖振现象,从而实现了转子位置与转速的准确估计。仿真表明该改进SMO能准确估计转子位置和转速,而且转速、电磁转矩具有很好的动、稳态响应。故该方法能够实现对煤矿机车的精确控制。
A new method of BLDCM sensorless direct torque control based on improved SMO is proposed. The observer uses the saturation function instead of the sign function to eliminate the chattering phenomenon, so that the accurate estimation of the rotor position and rotation speed is achieved. The simulation shows that the improved SMO can accurately estimate the rotor position and speed, and the speed and electromagnetic torque have good dynamic and steady state response. Therefore, this method can realize the precise control of the coal mine locomotive.
