本研究选用SD种大鼠40只,用2%野百合碱制成肺心病急性发作期动物模型,采用丹参注射液合并穿琥宁注射液肌肉注射,用药一周采血,治疗组SOD明显高于对照组(p<0.01),LPO降低,说明丹参注射液、穿琥宁注射液具有刺激机体产生大量SOD,清除氧自由基的作用。
In this study, 40 SD rats were selected and used an acute attack animal model of pulmonary heart disease with 2% monocrotaline. Intramuscular injection of Danshen injection combined with Chuanhuning injection was used. Blood was taken for one week. The SOD in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( p<0.01), LPO decreased, indicating that Danshen injection and Chuanhuning injection have the effect of stimulating the body to produce large amounts of SOD and scavenging oxygen free radicals.
