本文综述动态心电图ST段的测量方法,在就ST段的形态以特征分类之后,主要讨论了电平测量、形态识别和面积测量等方法。在电平测量方面,介绍了J+X法、R+X法、窗口搜索法;在形态识别上,介绍了斜率法、函数拟合法、局部形态识别分类法;在面积测量法中,介绍了ST-T段面积测量法,ST段下降型有效面积测量法。此外,介绍了ST段综合测量法,并对各种方法和技术上存在的问题进行了讨论。
This article summarizes the methods of measuring the ST segment of the electrocardiogram. After classifying the features of the ST segment, we mainly discuss the methods of level measurement, pattern recognition and area measurement. In terms of level measurement, J + X method, R + X method and window search method are introduced. In morphological recognition, slope method, function fitting method and local morphological classification are introduced. In the area measurement method, ST-T area measurement method, ST-segment reduction effective area measurement method. In addition, the ST segment comprehensive measurement method is introduced, and various methods and technical problems are discussed.
