采用机械搅拌法制备A356合金半固态浆料,在200 t油压机上进行流变模锻成形,研究了流变模锻试样热处理前后的组织和力学性能。结果表明:流变模锻试样组织由球形-αAl晶粒和α+Si共晶组织组成;热处理前试样抗拉强度为261.7 MPa,伸长率为4.1%;经T6热处理后,试样抗拉强度为347.8 MPa,提高了32.9%,伸长率为3.2%,仍然大于3%。由于流变模锻试样为球状的非枝晶组织,组织致密且均匀,因此,试样具有很好的热处理强化效果和较高的综合力学性能。
A356 alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by mechanical agitation method and rheo-die forging was performed on a 200 t hydraulic press. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-cast sample before and after heat treatment were studied. The results show that the microstructure of rheo-forged samples consists of spherical α -AlAl grains and α + Si eutectic microstructure. The tensile strength before heat treatment is 261.7 MPa and the elongation is 4.1%. After T6 heat treatment, Tensile strength of 347.8 MPa, an increase of 32.9%, elongation of 3.2%, still greater than 3%. Due to the rheological swaging sample is a spherical non-dendritic structure, the structure is dense and uniform, so the sample has good heat treatment strengthening effect and high comprehensive mechanical properties.
