在改革开放的大潮中,无论任何企业,都毫无例外地处于危机四伏的环境里。因此,判断一个企业有没有生机,首先要看其有没有危机感。只有身处危境早思危,才能临危不乱争主动。危机是客观存在的。可以说有竞争就有危机。对煤炭企业来说,同行竞争落后一步、煤质不好销售有阻、安全隐患难防万一等等,不都是面临或潜伏的危机吗?因此,身处危境如何对待,则是企业成败的关键问题,只有思解危之策,多做几手准备,做到有备无患、临危不乱,才能克服困难不断前进。
In the tide of reform and opening up, no matter what companies are, there are no exceptions in a crisis-ridden environment. Therefore, judging whether or not a company has any vitality depends on whether it has a sense of crisis. Only when we are in danger and thinking ahead, we can take the initiative to face the crisis. The crisis is an objective reality. It can be said that there is competition and crisis. For coal companies, peer competition is one step behind, coal quality is not good enough for sales, security risks are hard to prevent, and so on. Not all of them are facing or latent crisis. Therefore, how to deal with environmental crisis is the enterprise. The key to the success or failure is only to understand the dangers of the crisis, and to make more preparations to prepare for it.
