目的建立离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中盐酸的不确定度评定方法。方法通过对离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中盐酸的不确定度来源进行分析,找出影响测量的各种因素,应用测量不确定评定理论,计算不确定度分量和合成不确定度。结果方法合成标准不确定度为3.6%,扩展不确定度为U=0.18μg/m l,k=2。结论该不确定度评定方法在实际工作中有较高的实用价值。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the uncertainty of hydrochloric acid in the air of workplace by ion chromatography. Methods The sources of uncertainty in the determination of hydrochloric acid in the air of the workplace were analyzed by ion chromatography to identify the various factors that affect the measurement. The theory of measurement uncertainty was used to calculate the components of uncertainty and the synthetic uncertainty. Results The standard uncertainty of synthesis was 3.6%. The uncertainty of expansion was U = 0.18μg / m l, k = 2. Conclusion The uncertainty assessment method has high practical value in practical work.
