再生金属是人类社会在生产和再生产过程中生成的一种社会资源,金属再生则是以再生金属为劳动对象的一个新兴的工业部门。随着科学技术的进步,社会生产力的发展,金属再生的劳动对象愈来愈多,开发利用的门类越来越广泛。因此,大力发展金属再生行业则是具有战略意义的一项任务。现就金属再生行业的发展战略构思,提出一得之思,向同行们请教。
Recycled metal is a kind of social resource generated by human society in the course of production and reproduction. Metal regeneration is an emerging industrial sector that uses recycled metal as its object of labor. With the progress of science and technology and the development of social productive forces, the objects of metal regeneration are more and more objects of labor, and the categories of exploitation and utilization are more and more widely. Therefore, vigorously develop the metal recycling industry is a strategic task.
