少年期是人的一生中从儿童向青年的过渡期,处于这个年龄阶段的少年,由于共身心发展的结构性改组,容易发生突然的变化,加之缺乏对善恶、是非、真伪的辨别能力,在一定的条件下,很容易采取他们自己认为“决断”、“勇敢”的惊人之举。少年学生离家出走,就属于这类问题中的一个。近两年来,我们对十三例离家出走的学生的出走时的年龄作了统计,可以看出,十四岁是学生出走的高峰期。如下表:
