“直齿圆锥齿轮齿向误差的测量”一文(计量工作76年6期)在解决直齿圆锥齿轮齿向测定中作出了很大努力,给人以较大的启发,但感觉到该文的计算方面有较多的问题。该文所述方法的原理是:测量头触点运动的轨迹与节锥母线重合,获得这一结果是由垂直和水平两个正弦尺来保证的。基于上述原理,垂直方向正弦尺升角应为∠O′OC=γ′(见图),水平正弦尺转角应为(?)′=∠BOC。一、角度γ′的计算设 O 点为锥顶 O′大端分度圆圆心。
