Since the promulgation and implementation of the Price Law, the situation of ruling the country according to law is gradually taking shape with the joint efforts of all levels of government, price authorities at all levels and all circles of society. The competent department of pricing under the State Council has promulgated the Provisions on Administrative Penalties for Price Infringement, the Regulations on Suppression of Low-priced Dumping, the Regulations on Price Monitoring, the Measures for the Administration of Price Certificates, and the Investigation on the Costs of Agricultural Products.
