目的:检测白细胞介素-8(IL-8)样免疫阳性物质在大鼠垂体前叶中的存在和分布.方法:用抗入IL-8多克隆抗体行ABC免疫组织化学染色.结果:正常大鼠垂体前叶存在IL-8样免疫阳性物质;阳性细胞主要位于大鼠垂体前叶的浅层区域;大鼠出生3d内已有免疫阳性物质存在,在15d左右形成其分布规律;IL-8样免疫阳性物质主要存在于GH细胞.结论:正常大鼠垂体前叶稳定性存在IL-8样免疫阳性物质,提示IL-8可能影响垂体前叶细胞增殖和(或)激素分泌,从而在神经内分泌免疫网络中发挥一定的作用。
Objective: To detect the presence and distribution of interleukin-8 (IL-8) -like immunopositive substances in rat anterior pituitary. Methods: ABC immunohistochemical staining was performed using anti-IL-8 polyclonal antibody. Results: There were IL-8-like immunoreactive substances in the anterior pituitary of normal rats. The positive cells mainly located in the superficial area of the anterior pituitary in rats. The immunopositive substances existed within 3 days after birth and formed in 15 days ; IL-8-like immunopositive substances are mainly found in GH cells. CONCLUSION: IL-8-like immunopositive substances exist in the anterior pituitary of normal rats, suggesting that IL-8 may affect the proliferation and / or hormone secretion of anterior pituitary cells and play a role in the neuroendocrine immune network.
