目的评价“五率”项目实施效果,总结经验,查找不足,指导工作。方法制定项目方案和工作流程,项目实施前和结束后分别开展基线调查和效果调查,健全完善各种基础资料。结果 “五率”项目结束时,综合医疗机构报告率、转诊率,结核病防治机构患者追踪到位率、密切接触者筛查率、系统管理率分别达100%、100%、82.4%、91.1%和96.7%,实现了项目目标。结论 “五率”项目实施后,提高了肺结核及疑似患者转诊率、涂阳患者的密切接触者筛查率、肺结核患者的系统管理率。
Purpose To evaluate the implementation effect of “Five-Rate” project, summarize experience, find inadequate and guide work. Methods Develop project plans and work processes, conduct baseline surveys and effectiveness surveys before and after project implementation, and improve and perfect various basic data. Results At the end of the “Five-Rate” project, the report rates, referral rates, follow-up and follow-up rates of close contacts and the rate of close contact and system management of general medical institutions reached 100%, 100% and 82.4% respectively, 91.1% and 96.7%, achieving the project goal. Conclusion After the “Five-Rate” project is implemented, the referral rate of tuberculosis and suspected patients is increased, the rate of close contact among smear positive patients and the system management rate of tuberculosis patients are increased.
