刘明,号永平,又号北篱,毕业于中国民航管理干部学院和中央党校,北京大学高级工商管理硕士(EMBA)。现任云南机场集团总裁,民航管理干部学院客座教授,南京航空航天大学经济与管理学院博士生导师,北京大学民营经济研究中心顾问,中华传统文化研究院研究员,云南省书法家协会会员、作家协会会员。著有《航域无疆》、《云南机场文化解读》、《航空强省不是梦》。刘明先生的书艺,尤擅篆、隶、硬笔魏体。就书艺来说,篆书起于殷商甲骨文、两周金文,是当时通用的实用文字。西汉之后,篆书渐渐被隶书取代,退出了实用文字的行列,成了特殊的装饰性文字。装饰之美,成了篆书与其他实用书体的区别。在篆书体系的发展脉络上,自殷周金文之后,有秦人李斯的规范,唐人李阳冰的传承,清人邓石如的发展。尔后,又有近人吴昌硕的光大。正是先贤们坚定不移地承古开新,才使得篆书艺术代代相传、花团锦簇、异彩缤纷。

Author of “space without boundaries”, “Yunnan Airport Culture Interpretation”, “aviation province is not a dream.” Mr. Liu Ming’s art, especially good seal, Li, hard pen Wei body. On the book art, seal script from the Shang bones oracle, two weeks Jinwen, was the universal practical writing. After the Western Han Dynasty, the seal script gradually replaced by the official script, quit the ranks of practical writing, has become a special decorative text. The beauty of decoration, has become the difference between seal and other practical book. In the context of the development of the seal system, since Yin Zhou Jinwen, there are the norms of the Qin people, the inheritance of the Li people in the Tang Dynasty and the development of the Qing dynasty. Later, there Wuchang Shuo Everbright.
