目的评价结核病纳入基本公共卫生服务前后对西华县结核病患者转归情况的影响。方法将结核病纳入基本公共卫生服务前后西华县结核病患者转归情况进行对比,对其结果进行评价探讨。结果将结核病纳入基本公共卫生服务前后西华县活动性肺结核患者系统管理率与完成治疗率均有增长,特别是完成治疗率由纳入前的68.0%增长至纳入后的90.0%,增长幅度较大;新涂阳患者系统管理率、治愈率与完也成治疗率均有增长。结论结核病纳入基本公共卫生服务对患者转归能起到积极的作用。
Objective To evaluate the impact of tuberculosis on the outcome of tuberculosis patients in Xihua County before and after its inclusion in basic public health services. Methods To compare the outcomes of tuberculosis patients in Xihua County before and after their inclusion in basic public health services, and to evaluate the results. Results Both systematic management rate and completed treatment rate of active tuberculosis patients in Xihua County before and after the inclusion of tuberculosis in basic public health services increased, especially the completion treatment rate increased from 68.0% before inclusion to 90.0% after inclusion, with a larger increase rate ; New smear positive patients in the system management rate, cure rate and treatment rate also increased. Conclusions The inclusion of TB in basic public health services can play a positive role in patient outcomes.
