医师定期考核工作是医院管理工作的重要环节,也是提高医师专业水平和整体素质,规范医师执业行为的重要保证,以便为患者提供更好的医疗服务。本文通过分析《医师定期考核办法》颁布以来目前各执行部门落实情况,联系开展中存在的问题,结合蚌埠市某三甲医院开展医师定期考核工作的实际情况,总结医师定期考核过程中各项考核内容的方式方法,进一步改进方法与优化流程,使医师定期考核工作真正成为医师准入后管理的重要手段,提高医师的整体医疗技术水平,使考核工作达到实效。
Regular assessment of physicians is an important part of hospital management, but also to improve the professional level and overall quality of physicians, an important guarantee for the practice of physicians in order to provide patients with better medical services. This paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of the current executive departments since the promulgation of the Measures for the Periodical Assessment of Physicians and the existing problems in the connection and development. Based on the actual situation of physicians performing regular examination in one of the top three hospitals in Bengbu, this paper summarizes the contents of the examinations Ways and means to further improve the method and optimize the process so that the doctor’s regular assessment work truly become an important means of physician access control and improve the overall level of medical doctors and technicians so that the assessment work to achieve actual results.
