今年,青岛市共有非师范类大中专毕业生生源12000余人,加上接收外地生源毕业生,预计接收毕业生总数将超过16000人,为使毕业生资源得到合理配置、实现毕业生最大限度就业,最近,青岛市出台了2000年毕业生就业政策,主要有以下几个方面: 1.对毕业研究生,提倡和鼓励用人单位积极接收,并不受专业、生源地和接收时间的限制。对暂无接收单位的,可由市人才交流中心办理接收手续,待工作单位落实后,由市毕业生就业主管部门办理派遣手续。 2.对紧缺急需专业本科毕业生,放宽接收期限,从8月至当年年底可以按规定改派到青岛市就业。 3.对于大专、中专毕业生,除限制外地生源进青以减小就业压力外,还鼓
