目的观察经络舒胶囊对糖尿病动物坐骨神经山梨醇(多元醇)代谢通路的影响。方法通过复制链脲佐菌素性糖尿病动物模型,观察经络舒胶囊对糖尿病后坐骨神经出现的多元醇代谢通路、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平紊乱的改善作用。结果 (1)经络舒高剂量组对糖尿病后坐骨神经的传导速度及动作电位不应期有明显的保护作用,可明显提高糖尿病动物模型坐骨神经的传导速度,缩短其动作电位不应期(P<0.05)。(2)对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经MDA及山梨醇水平升高有降低作用(P<0.01,P<0.05);可提高GSH-PX、SOD活性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论经络舒胶囊有一定的抑制糖尿病动物模型坐骨神经多元醇代谢的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Jingluo Shu capsule on the metabolic pathway of sciatic nerve sorbitol (polyol) in diabetic animal. Methods The animal models of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were established and the effects of Jingluo Shu capsule on the polyol metabolic pathway, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidation The role of enzymes (GSH-PX) to improve the role of disorder. Results (1) The meridian Shu high dose group had a significant protective effect on the conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve and the refractory period of the action potential after diabetic mellitus, which could significantly increase the conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve in diabetic animal models and shorten the refractory period of action potentials (P <0.05 ). (2) Decreased the content of MDA and sorbitol in sciatic nerve of diabetic rats (P <0.01, P <0.05), and increased the activity of GSH-PX and SOD (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion Jingluoshu capsule can inhibit the metabolism of sciatic nerve polyol in diabetic animal model.
