目的:观察异丙肾上腺素的产热效应。方法:在中性环境温度(28℃)下,测定雌性大鼠使用异丙肾上腺素后180 min的肛温、胸部皮肤温度、肢端温度和环境温度,以温度峰值和体温曲线下面积,计算ED50。结果:肛温峰值和体温曲线下面积的ED50分别为0.277 mg·kg-1和0.106 mg·kg-1,胸部体表温度与肛温的变化趋势一致,肢端体表温度与肛温的变化趋势部分分离。结论:异丙肾上腺素产热效应ED50的等效剂量在临床用药剂量范围内,使用该类药物时需考虑产热效应对临床疗效的影响。
Objective: To observe the thermogenesis effect of isoproterenol. METHODS: The rectal temperature, chest skin temperature, extremity temperature and ambient temperature at 180 min after isoproterenol were measured in female rats at neutral ambient temperature (28 ° C) were calculated from the peak temperature and area under the body temperature curve ED50.
