例1女性,47岁。左眼球突出伴视力下降1个月。检查:左眼视力0.6,左眼眼球轻度突出,各方向运动自如;右眼无明显异常。CT:左眼球稍前突,球后肌锥内可见一类圆形占位性病变,边界清楚,大小1.8 cm×2.1 cm,增强后明显不均匀强化。临床考虑神经鞘瘤。遂行左眼眶内肿物摘除术,术后未行放、化疗,随访近3年,无复发。例2男性,12岁。左眼眶发现肿物1个月,检查:左眼视力0.25,上睑下
Example 1 Female, 47 years old. Left eye protrusion with vision decreased by 1 month. Check: Left eye visual acuity 0.6, left eye slightly prominent, all directions of movement freely; right eye no obvious abnormalities. CT: The left eye slightly protrudes forward. A class of circular space-occupying lesions can be seen in the muscle cones. The boundaries are clear and the size is 1.8 cm × 2.1 cm. After the enhancement, it is obviously unevenly strengthened. Clinical Considerations Schwannoma. Carry out removal of the left orbital tumor, postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, follow-up nearly 3 years, no recurrence. Example 2 male, 12 years old.
