Recently, a Notice on Re-confirming the Heads of Units of Social Organizations was issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs to the people’s governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, ministries and commissions of the central and state organs, the general political department of the Central Military Commission, and the people’s organizations.
