某厂新楼竣工,恰逢建厂35周年,又是该厂效益最好的年头,可谓三喜临门。可该厂一不请客,二不发什么纪念品,连鞭炮都没放一个。这种好作风,受到许多人称赞。但也有人说:这位厂长好小气。也难怪有人这么想。近几年,讲排场、摆阔气之风盛行,一个屁大的事,也要象天女散花一样发请柬,大收礼金,大摆筵席,大剪彩,大放鞭炮。该厂三喜临门,连鞭炮都舍不得放一个,不是小气又是什么呢?然而,笔者以为,这种“小气”精神应该大力提倡。前人有过这样的诗句:“历览前贤国与家,成由勤俭败由奢”。历史告诉我们,无论经济条件好坏,都不应该铺张浪费,何况我们的国家和人民目
The completion of a new factory in a factory coincides with the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the factory. The gifts are received, the banquets are held, the ribbon is cut, and the firecrackers are set off. The factory is a three-happiness party, and even firecrackers are reluctant to put one, is not stingy what is it? However, the author believes that this spirit of “little gas” should be strongly promoted. Predecessors have had such a verse: “Look at the former honourable countries and homes, and let the dilemmas be lost by extravagance.” History tells us that no matter whether the economic conditions are good or bad, it should not be extravagance and waste, not to mention our country and people.
