Problems and Analysis The rapid development of digital technology and network technology has brought the prosperity of the photographic industry and made image culture one of the most extensive popular cultures. The artistic value, social value and commercial value of the image culture have long been recognized by many countries. At present, there are more than 30 international photography festivals in the world. All over our country
