Morinaga Ichi, Japan, MD, president of the International Association of Natural Medicine. The five longevity towns named by the United Nations are the Caucasus of the former Soviet Union, Hunza of Pakistan, Bill Bamba of Ecuador, Xinjiang of China and Bama County of Guangxi. According to the results of the survey conducted by the International Society of Natural Medicine in the world for longevity, there are 4 townships for longevity among them. Among them, centenarians decrease year by year. Only the number of centenarians in Bama County of Guangxi shows a trend of increasing year by year. After many visits to Bama, the world’s longevity hometown surveyor led by Dr. Hayasaki Mori, president of the International Association for the Advancement of Natural Medicine and Japanese medical professor, has unveiled the mystery: One of the four reasons why elderly people in Bama lived is Bama’s unique recipe: Hemp seed longevity soup.
