农业一直是苏联经济的薄弱环节,同时也是最富有戏剧性效果的部门,国内不少高中级领导人的浮沉都与农业的成败直接有关。 本文重点研究勃列日涅夫的农业政策及其弊端,并对这些弊端的根源作些探讨。
Agriculture has always been the weakest link in the Soviet economy and the most dramatic part of the economy. The ups and downs of many senior and mid-level leaders in China are directly related to the success or failure of agriculture. This article focuses on Brezhnev’s agricultural policy and its drawbacks, and explores the root causes of these drawbacks.
