间歇性外斜是一种介于外隐斜和共同性外斜之间的临床类型,外斜的发展过程中,不少病例均经过间歇性外斜这个阶段.因此,必需及时正确地给予治疗,以免双眼视功能受到不可逆的影响.因其诊断、治疗上有其特殊性,故将我们手术治疗31例的体会报告如下.临床资料:1984年7月～1993年7月共施行间歇性外斜矫正手术31例,其中男10例,女21例.年龄:10岁以前10例,11～20岁12例,21岁以上9例.眼别:单眼斜16例、双眼交替15例.手术方式:双眼外直肌退后18例,单眼外直肌退后合并内直肌缩短8例,单眼外直肌退后4例,肌延长术1例.视力:矫正视力正常29例,2例轻度弱视.双眼视功能情况(同视机检查):正常14例,异常对应17例,其中多数为无对应关系的到处同侧复视(颞侧视野抑制).这与本组病例手术时机较晚有关.术前斜度:本组病例斜度多不稳定,受融合功能、精神紧张影响较大.经多次反复测量,并结合遮盖、注视远处等方法,以测出最大斜度为准,-15°以内4例,-15°～-25°20例,-25°以上7例.
