本文比较了正常大鼠与奶油黄诱发肝癌大鼠的肝细胞中β-半乳糖苷凝集素的活性。用~(125)Ⅰ标记去唾液酸α_1-酸性蛋白(~(125)Ⅰ-ASOR)及辣根过氧化物酶标记去唾液酸α_1-酸性蛋白(HRP-ASOR)为示踪剂,证明肝癌细胞表面的β-半乳糖苷凝集素显著低于正常,在肝癌结节中近于消失。此消失与癌细胞转移是否有关,值得探索。
This study compared the activity of β-galactoside lectin in hepatocytes of normal rats and cream yellow-induced liver cancer. Labeling of asialo α_1-acid protein (125 I-ASOR) and horseradish peroxidase labeled asialo-α-acid protein (HRP-ASOR) with ~(125)I as tracer, demonstrating liver cancer The β-galactoside lectin on the cell surface was significantly lower than normal and almost disappeared in the hepatocellular carcinoma nodule. Whether this disappearance is related to the metastasis of cancer cells is worth exploring.
