六方藤(Tripterygium hypoglaucum Helv.Hu-tch.又名昆明山海棠,系卫矛科雷公藤属植物,民间用于风湿样关节炎及肿瘤。我组与中国科学院昆明植物研究所协作,对该植物进行植化及药理研究。首先对六方藤的几种粗提物(T-Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)进行抗肿瘤筛选,发现 T-Ⅱ、T-Ⅲ有明显抗 L_(615)白血病的作用。根据这一线索,从 T-Ⅱ部位分离得到一微量成分(得率约0.0005%)。根据其红外、紫外光谱及核磁共振数据,证明与雷藤素甲(triptolide)相一致,是
Tripterygium hypoglaucum Helv.Hu-tch. Also known as Kunming Mountain Begonia, belonging to the genus Euonymus of the genus Euonymus, used for rheumatoid arthritis and tumors. Our group collaborated with Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, on the plant. Phytochemical and pharmacological studies were conducted. First, several crude extracts (T-I, II, III, IV) of Hematetan were subjected to anti-tumor screening, and it was found that T-II and T-III have obvious anti-L 615 leukemia According to this clue, a trace component was isolated from the T-II site (a yield of about 0.0005%), and its infra-red, UV spectra, and NMR data proved to be consistent with triptolide.
