本文试析了汽轮发电机前轴承轴瓦击碎之因和处理对策。主要观点是:1.通过对汽轮发电机前轴承的设计校核,认为滑动轴承的宽径比以0.7为宜。对运行多年的老机组,建议在不改变轴承主体铸造结构的情况下,采用下瓦承力面取近似蛋壳形断面,通过手工修刮,即可得到理想的轴承宽径比。2.认为轴颈失圆和轴承球面紧力过大,在运行中会产生不易检测到的激振力,采用“渐减法”压紧力和专用工具打磨轴颈,即能消除此种不易检测到的激振力。上述两个观点在我厂2号机组1985年度的大修中应用后,使发电机前轴承的轴振由0.30mm下降到0.11mm;轴承振动为0.029mm;轴瓦被击碎现象两年来再也没有产生。实践证明所提观点是正确的。
