我从事中学物理教学工作迄今已有29年.我认为一个教师教学的成功应该是他培养的学生在学习态度上是主动地学习而不是被动的,在学习效果上应该是品德高尚、学以致用.这也是我自己在教学中所追求的目标.下面是我围绕这一目标在教学工作中的一些尚不很成熟的体会.
I have been engaged in middle school physics teaching for 29 years now. I believe that the success of a teacher’s teaching should be that the students he cultivated are actively learning and not passive in learning attitudes. They should be highly ethical and use their knowledge in learning. This is also my own goal in teaching. The following are some of the not-too-familiar experiences of my teaching work around this goal.
