为保障人民生命、财产和运输安全,由铁道部科学研究院金属及化学研究所、北方交通大学及有关生产工厂等十几个单位共同研制的客车用装饰、保温、结构、涂料四大类共22个品种的防火、阻燃材料,于1991年7月17日通过了铁道部鉴定。课题组从我国实际情况出发,研究采用了复合阻燃体系,在选材和配方研究中,解决了阻燃性能与物理、化学性能相互制约这一技术关键,通过实验室配方研究、产品小试、中试、扩试生产等全过程。试制的这22个品种,其阻燃性能均达到了日本“铁道车辆用非金属材料的燃烧性标准”中“难燃级”及有关国标、部标中规定的性能指标,其机械性能达到了相应非阻燃材料的指标。用这些阻燃材料装配的我国第一辆全阻燃客车,在沈阳铁路局投入运用。
In order to protect people’s lives, property and transportation safety, a total of four major categories of passenger cars, including decoration, insulation, structure and paint, jointly developed by over a dozen units including the Institute of Metals and Chemical Research of the Ministry of Railways and the North Jiaotong University, 22 varieties of fire, fire-retardant materials, on July 17, 1991 passed the Ministry of Railways appraisal. Based on the actual situation in our country, the research team adopted the composite flame retardant system. In the study of material selection and formulation, the key to solve the technical problem of mutual restraint between flame retardancy and physical and chemical properties was solved. Through the research of laboratory formula, Pilot, expansion test production of the entire process. The flame retardant properties of these 22 varieties have all reached the “flame retardant grade” in Japan’s “Flammability Standard for Nonmetallic Materials for Railway Vehicles” and the performance indexes stipulated in the national standard and ministerial standard. The mechanical properties have reached the Corresponding non-flame retardant materials index. The first fully fire-retardant bus in China assembled with these flame-retardant materials was put into operation in Shenyang Railway Bureau.
