目的:探索急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)患儿体内CYP3A酶活性与正常儿童群体间的差异及化疗前后患儿对CYP3A酶活性影响。方法:测定尿中6β-羟基氢化可的松与氢化可的松比值,计算体内CYP3A酶活性。结果:ALL患儿化疗前CYP3A酶活性明显高于化疗后酶活性,也显著高于正常儿童酶活性(P<0.05)。结论:ALL患儿化疗前后体内CYP3A酶活性差异极大。
Objective: To explore the difference between the CYP3A enzyme activity in normal children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children and the effect of CYP3A enzyme activity in children before and after chemotherapy. Methods: The urinary 6β-hydroxy-hydrocortisone and hydrocortisone ratio was calculated and the CYP3A enzyme activity in vivo was calculated. Results: The CYP3A activity of ALL children before chemotherapy was significantly higher than that after chemotherapy, and also significantly higher than that of normal children (P <0.05). Conclusion: The CYP3A enzyme activity in patients with ALL before and after chemotherapy varies greatly.
