期刊种类繁多,目前期刊登到方法仍主要沿用笔划刊名字顺,汉语拼音刊名字顺或邮局代号等方法排序登到,前两种方法不直观,影响工作效率;邮法代号虽直观,但非邮发刊物(其数量大,占总期刊的47％)没有邮发代号,这些期刊需要另一种方法登到,但由于非邮发刊物与邮发刊物是可互相转换的,所以也会给期刊登到管理造成混乱。总之邮发代号不是每种期刊所固有,又有可变性,故给期刊连续性的管理带来很多不便。在实际工作中我们发现采用国内统一刊号进行期刊登到管理的办法比较好,现将我们的实践结果报道如下:
There are many kinds of periodicals. Although the postal code is intuitive, There are no postal codes for postal publications (47% of total journals). These journals need another method of registration. In short the postal code is not inherent in each periodical, but also variable, so to the continuity of the management of the journal a lot of inconvenience.
