从氮元素来源、NO_X的生成环节和机理等方面出发,对采用克劳斯硫磺回收工艺的天然气处理厂尾气烟囱排放NO_X源强的定量计算方法进行了研究,分析认为生成NO_X的环节主要来源于硫磺回收装置、尾气处理装置;分析了物料衡算法、经验系数法、类比实测法3种尾气烟囱排放NO_X源强的定量计算方法;以某天然气处理厂为实例,采用经验系数法和实测法进行计算,并对两种计算结果进行对比,结果表明,经验系数法的计算结果比实测法结果大,在环评中采用经验系数法确定尾气烟囱排放NO_X源强可采用经验系数的25%~40%进行估算。
Based on the sources of nitrogen and the formation mechanism of NO_X, the quantitative calculation method of NO_X source emission from exhaust chimney of natural gas treatment plant adopting Claus sulfur recovery process was studied. It is concluded that the generation of NO_X mainly comes from Sulfur recovery device and exhaust gas treatment device. The quantitative calculation method of NO_X source intensity of exhaust chimney exhausted by material balance, empirical coefficient and analogue measurement was analyzed. Taking a natural gas processing plant as an example, the method of empirical coefficient and actual measurement The results show that the calculated result of empirical coefficient method is larger than that of actual measurement method, and the empirical coefficient method can be used to determine the source of NO_X emission from exhaust chimney in the environmental assessment. The empirical coefficient can be 25% -40% Estimate.
