在近十年内,有关共生的泡襄丛枝(VA)菌根真菌的生物学已有许多应用的和基础理论的报道。由于这些真菌给予寄主对植物病原菌有某些抗性并显著地有利于植物的营养状况,故在农业实际中菌根真菌具有应用潜力。当前研究者有一种强烈的兴趣于发展VA接种剂的商业来源。本文论述一种根尖接种方法,比起其他方法只需最小量的接种剂,并对接种剂改良土壤技术的附加参数作出规定。
In recent ten years, there have been many applications and basic theories about the biology of symbiotic VA mycorrhizal fungi. Because these fungi give hosts some resistance to plant pathogens and significantly contribute to the nutritional status of plants, mycorrhizal fungi have practical potential in agriculture. Current researchers have a strong interest in developing a commercial source of VA inoculants. This article discusses a method of apical inoculation that requires only the minimum amount of inoculant compared to other methods and provides for the additional parameters of the inoculant to improve soil technology.
