利用5亲本双列杂交组合F_1代的25个基因型材料,对大豆蛋白质脂肪含量与其他农艺性状进行正反交效应和相关分析,分析结果表明:大豆12种性状在基因型间存在着极显著差异;大豆蛋白质含量从总体上看没有明显的正反交效应;产量性状与脂肪含量呈显著负相关,与蛋白质含量呈正相关这一结论与其他研究者的结论有差异,这种差异主要决定于亲本的遗传背景。
In this study, 25 genotypes of F_1 generation were used to analyze the reciprocal reciprocal crosses between the fat content of soybean protein and other agronomic traits.
