应用ABC免疫组织化学的方法,对104例胃癌组织中凝集素PHA和PNA受体进行研究。结果:(1)胃癌组织中PHA和PNA受体均出现过表达,表达率分别为86.5%和77.9%。而正常胃粘膜组织中PHA和PNA受体的表达率为0和40%。差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)不同的病理组织类型,PHA和PNA受体表达明显不同,以粘液腺癌和印戒细胞癌的受体表达强度最高。其强阳性(+++)例数占阳性例数的百分比均大于60%以上,粘液腺癌超过80%(P<0.05),同时PHA作为标记物尚可识别夹在正常或炎性细胞中的少数典型和非典型的印戒细胞癌。结论:PHA和PNA对胃癌尤其是粘液腺癌和印戒细胞癌具有较高的特异性和敏感性,可作为标记物用于胃癌的诊断和分型。
The lectin PHA and PNA receptors in 104 gastric cancer tissues were studied by ABC immunohistochemistry. Results: (1) PHA and PNA receptors were overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues, and the expression rates were 86.5% and 77.9%, respectively. The rate of expression of PHA and PNA receptors in normal gastric mucosa was 0 and 40%. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). (2) Different pathological tissue types showed significantly different expression of PHA and PNA receptors, with the highest expression of receptors for mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma. The percentage of positive cases (+++) in positive cases was more than 60%, mucinous adenocarcinomas were more than 80% (P<0.05), and PHA as a marker was still recognizable in normal or inflammatory cells. A few typical and atypical signet-ring cell carcinomas. Conclusion: PHA and PNA have high specificity and sensitivity to gastric cancer, especially mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma, and can be used as markers for the diagnosis and classification of gastric cancer.
