在目前整个市场秩序相对混乱的情况下,广告市场暴露出的问题尤为突出。在此背景下,一场“反误导,打虚假”治理广告市场专项行动在全国范围内展开。然而,一方是庞大的广告市场和众多的监管对象,另一方是工商部门有限的监管力量和监管手段,可见探索和创新是广告监管工作的重要课题。今年3月29日,在国家工商局广告司召开的“反误导打虚假”广告监管座谈会上,一些地方的发言中颇有些值得一提的亮点。本刊现将其汇集整理,以期对各地广告监管工作者有所启发。
